WEATHER HOLDS AND SHIPPING: We offer temperature controlled shipping and/or the addition of ice packs to your package at the customer's choice (dependent on destination). There is an extra charge of $10 for ice packs. During the warmer months, it is important that you select the best method of shipping for your area. Ice packs typically last 48 hours. If your shipment has the chance of not getting to its destination within 48 hours, 2-day air would be the best option. If you’d like to have your package held and shipped on a certain date, please provide that in the area designated for a future ship date. *DISCLAIMER: Please note, if you choose ground shipping and live in an area with extreme weather, we are not responsible for any weather damage that occurs to your order.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED SHIPPING: Temperature controlled shipping is something that is done to protect the wine from extreme weather. If chosen, your order will be shipped in a refrigerated truck to a hub near you. These orders go out the Friday following the placement of the order and may take up to 7 business days to reach its destination. If an ice pack is additionally included they will be placed inside your shipment at the nearest hub further guaranteeing a safe delivery.
UPS & FedEx will no longer guarantee expedited shipping. Due to this, you may experience delays in transit that are out of our control.
AGE VERIFICATION: Please be sure someone at the destination is over 21 years of age to accept your wine shipment.
FEES: Any rerouting fees, return to sender fees or additional delivery fees charged to us will be billed back to the customer.
